Delivery Day Guidelines and Damage Policy
On The Day Of The Delivery
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. Please be available to receive your order, and call the carrier on delivery day to confirm.
When The Truck Arrives
Before the driver unloads your shed, check the shipping label for accuracy. Take photos of the package on the truck. The driver will lower the skid to the ground using the liftgate.
Inspecting Damages
Please take a few minutes to inspect your shed upon delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and take pictures of any concerns and call our customer support line. We will gladly replace damaged pieces, and you may refuse delivery if there is severe damage with broken plastic wrap.
